Senior Interior Designer

• Survey the premises and engage with customers to understand their needs and desires.
• Take responsibility for developing layout ideas, design concepts, illustrations, and ensure the design style aligns with the predetermined direction, following the company's design template guidelines set by the Design Management.
• Directly present design projects or summarize ideas for other personnel to present using alternative languages.
• Proactively update and adjust design after each bidding round to achieve the most suitable solution that aligns with the aesthetic and cost requirements of the Client.
• Collaborate in resolving technical and design issues with the project team, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Business Developers during the quotation phase.
• Manage and coordinate with project members to closely monitor the committed timelines alongside the Project Team, preparing samples for bidding and execution phases (if applicable).
• Supervise the design drawings from client meetings to project completion.
• Manage design concepts during the actual construction phase, coordinate efforts to produce 3D renders upon completion.
• Primarily handle interactions and consultations during the construction process with the Client about design scope, patterns, and materials.
• Execute tasks according to higher management's directives when necessary.
