Mô tả công việc
- Conduct site surveys and gather design requirements from clients or the Sales team.
- Develop design concepts aligned with brand identity, functionality, and project budget.
- Prepare 2D layouts and 3D concept visualizations.
- Propose materials, finishes, color schemes, and furniture selections.
- Collaborate with technical, QS, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Present and defend design proposals to clients (in English when required).
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and construction technologies.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design projects (Office / F&B / Retail preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion (or equivalent tools).
- Strong ability in concept design, spatial planning, and aesthetics.
- Experience working with fit-out / construction teams is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills (required)

- Salary: 15 - 25 million VND/month (negotiable based on experience) + project bonus.
