Senior Investment Executive

1. Investment Analysis & Deal Support
• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investment opportunities, including feasibility analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
• Conduct market research and compile macro and project-specific data to support investment evaluation
• Analyze key factors including competitors, pricing, regulatory framework, and market trends
2. Investment Materials & Reporting
• Prepare investment materials such as feasibility studies, teasers, and investment memoranda
• Support preparation of investment reports and presentations for internal review and investor updates
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial and analytical outputs
3. Project & Data Management
• Maintain and update project data, assumptions, and financial models throughout the deal lifecycle
• Track key project metrics and support updates on project performance when required
• Build and maintain internal databases for market data and comparable transactions
4. Coordination & Execution Support
• Coordinate with internal teams (Investment, Development, Legal, Finance) to collect inputs and validate assumptions
• Support due diligence process by working with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Assist in preparation of materials for discussions with investors and JV partners, including basic investment structuring considerations (e.g. JV, capital stack, funding mechanisms)
5. Other Responsibilities
• Support team members in ongoing projects and ad-hoc assignments
• Stay updated on relevant real estate regulations and market developments
