Gather business and system requirements.
Act as the bridge between client and offshore/onshore to clarify requirements with the development team (
developers, QC, UI
designer) from both business and system analysis perspectives, as well as the bridge among internal teams.
Create BRD (Business Requirement Document), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules), and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed).
Assist offshore/onshore teams in knowledge transfer of existing systems.
Review and provide appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface.
Assist PM on project scope, project changes, estimation, and planning.
Support UAT in testing and verifying bugs/issues with the client.
Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from other BAs.
Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
4+ years of experience, preferably in E-commerce or Financial and Banking industry.
Solid experience or understanding of banking products or E-wallet products.
Technical & analytical skills.
Background in data modeling/data analytics and/or data mining.
Experience with Tableau/Microsoft BI/MicroStrategy and SQL coding is a plus.
Experience with sales, financial & execution data - both internal and syndicated - and the creation of dashboards and scorecards to visualize the data.
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude - ability to analyze multiple data sources to create insights.
