We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to lead infrastructure & network enhancements, support operations, and drive innovation across hybrid cloud and virtual environments.
What You'll Own & Drive
- Design, deploy, and optimize infrastructure for virtual environtment (VMware, OpenStack, Proxmox)
- Deploy and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Maintain system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and compliance
- Manage Linux systems (nginx, apache), storage (SAN, NAS), network services (DHCP, DNS, FTP)
- Administer LDAP/AD, automate with Ansible, monitor via Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix
- Troubleshoot system issues and develop web-based tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-availability systems.
Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM, Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and network management, particularly in 24/7 IT service environments.
- Strong background in system architecture, cloud operations, and virtualization technologies.
- Solid knowledge of network design, firewall administration, routing, and storage systems (SAN, NAS).
- Experience managing hardware infrastructure (DELL, HP), backup systems and firewall configurations.
- Experience managing system infrastructure devices (DELL, HP), backups, and firewall configurations.
- Experience in implementing complex security measures and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
