Job Description
- Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clean with maximum uptime.
- Implement and maintain server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications, networks.
- Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and propose IT solutions.
- Day to day operation in monitoring and continuous improvement in IT services
- Secure and hardening the systems
- Be a part of the team to implement IT projects
Qualifications
Requirements:
- The clear understanding of the corporate IT environment, software, and operating systems
- Quickly identify/resolve issues in a company environment and end-user sides
- Good communication skills to work with end-users and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of server, storage, and backup infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Security: System hardening (on-premise and Cloud), System Monitoring, Patching, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)...
- Good knowledge of Network architecture (on-premise and Cloud)
- Good knowledge and experience in multi-platform: Microsoft, Linux, MacOS
- Good knowledge and experience in Cloud services (G-Suite, Microsoft, AWS...)
- Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL
Mandatory:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
- At least 5 years experience on system, network management
- MCITP/MCSE, CCNA, LPI, AWS certificates
- Good at English
Nice to have/plus:
- ITIL, MCSE Security, CCNP certificates
