1. System Administration and support
Have knowledge and administer servers, networks, SAN storage and other IT systems. Install,
configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications. Monitor system performance
and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide technical support to end-users, software issues.
Respond to IT-related inquiries and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Train staff on IT systems and
procedures as needed.
2. Security:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's networks and systems from
unauthorized access and cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and perform updates and
patches as needed. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
3. Data Management:
Manage and maintain databases (Oracle/ SQL..), ensuring data integrity and security. Develop and
implement data backup and recovery procedures. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
and best practices.
4. Project Management:
Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within
budget. Collaborate with other departments to assess IT needs and propose solutions. Evaluate new
technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations. Prepare reports on IT
performance, security incidents, and project status. Document IT processes and procedures for
reference and training purposes.
