Infrastructure and Administration Support
• Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows servers, anti-virus software, and desktop management systems to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Administer the local and wide-area network infrastructure, including routers, network switches, and wireless networks.
• Collaborate with vendors and users to support CCTV and public address system installations.
• Manage network security controls, including file permissions, anti-virus protection, firewalls, and data backup procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide technical support to all sites, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Deploy infrastructure for factory operations, including setting up applications and systems.
Documentation
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and guidelines.
• Ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
Ad-Hoc Project Support
• Provide infrastructure support for project implementations as assigned by supervisors.
