Ensure any integration functional, system compliance, security requirements.
Release requirements to production
Make, define SLA, OLA agreement
Provide L2 support on production
Supervise the production in support business operations.
Resolve issues/incident/problem within a timely manner against SLA requirements
Improve outage response by aligning with customers service initiatives.
Compile and maintain inventory of software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
Confirm operation documents and scripts delivered by partners

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Operating experience with docker/container platform like Openshift Container Platform or similarly
Operating experience with API management platform like WSO2 or similarly
Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash
Experience working with Redhat, Linux, AIX
Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
Operating experience with message queue system like Kafka, RabitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similarly
Banking Domain experience
