Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions. Provide them with advice on recruitment strategy and understanding of the labor market
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Support interviews and select high-potential candidates for the shortlist
• Consult Hiring Manager to offer high-quality candidates for projects
• Negotiate, and manage offer process
• Take part in Employer Branding, and develop communication channels to attract potential candidates
Talent Database Management:
• Foster and strengthen relationships with specialized candidates in the industry.
• Manage the IT talent hub, maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
Yêu cầu
• At least 3 years of equivalent experience in IT industry
• Strong knowledge and solid experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent skill in screening, headhunting, interviewing candidates
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skill
• Flexibility, high responsibility and ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good at English (verbal and written)
