Partner with
Business Development team or Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and pre-interview candidates for technical roles across different tech stacks (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, AI/ML,...).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, professional networks,...
Coordinate interview schedules and perform reference checks (if any).
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to integrate into their roles.
Regularly maintain, and update databases from various sources to meet any new hiring demand quickly.
Support in collecting and sharing actual timesheet records with the HCMC C&B team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Keep up to date with the latest tech trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive landscape.
Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment and replacement to support ATS's growth and project needs as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting function, proven experience in IT Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house).
Must have experience in the IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing domain.
Having experience in the IT Headhunting domain is a big plus.
Strong networking skills and a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates.
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
