Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Backend
Developers located in Minh Khai, working on both new system development and existing platform optimization.
What you'll do
Design & develop backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)
Build scalable systems with microservices & distributed architecture
Work on both new system development and existing platform optimization
Troubleshoot and improve system performance
Proactively propose technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional & international teams
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Hands-on experience with microservices & distributed systems
Solid understanding of system design, performance, and scalability
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
Experience with AWS or cloud platforms is a strong advantage
Familiar with testing frameworks and best practices
Proactive mindset, able to work independently and take ownership
Good English communication for daily work
Nice to have
Experience with Kafka / event-driven systems
Exposure to data systems or AI-related projects
