The Job
- Analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable system architectures.
- Review and improve code quality through structured code reviews.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Work closely with PM/Manager and clients to ensure project success.
- Research and apply best practices and new technologies to improve development processes.
- Maintain clear documentation and technical specifications.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant major
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, etc.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
- Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle such as Waterfall, Agile methodology.
- Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Good Japanese skills (JLPT N3+)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
