-This position is for senior Java programmer with a BSCS or equivalent degree who is willing to join a fast pace, high energy team writing enterprise-level application- The individual needs good organizational skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills

1. Experience with MongoDB, Hadoop is a great plus;2. Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook API is a great plus;3. Experience with Lucene, Elasticsearch is a plus;4. Experience working in Linux environments and Shell script is a plus;5. Experience of AJAX and jQuery JavaScript Library;6. Familiarity with application performance improvement;7. Familiarity with the entire development life cycle, including specification,design, development, documentation, quality assurance, release activities, andpost-release support.8. More than 1 years' experience of J2EE application development and expert onSpring and Hibernate;9. In depth understanding of other J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, JDBC,JavaMail, JNDI etc;10. In depth understanding of cache mechanism, Memcached is preferred
