As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our diesel generator products to customers in various industries. You will serve as the technical expert, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to build strong relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with the pre-sales and sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and application scenarios to recommend appropriate diesel generator solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of our diesel generator products.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers during the sales process, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, outlining the value proposition and competitive advantages of our diesel generators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (including but not limited to M&E consultants, contractor, sub-contractor...), understanding their business challenges and objectives to provide effective solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement and innovation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our diesel generator offerings.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in technical sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
