Ensure to understand instructions/ guidelines/ SOPs/ procedures before doing testing.
Receive and review carefully testing orders and perform tests properly in accordance with requirements.
Record all raw data related to testing orders.
Ensure that all chemical, solvents, reagents, ... are stored properly as per safety procedures and keep the work area tidy, clean and safe.
All assigned equipment, environment conditions, reagents, internal work sheet, [protected info] be recorded. Ensure all assigned equipment calibrated and maintained in required interval.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines in daily activities.
Update to leader daily activities of process as required and report any problems when performing tests.
Review and check carefully testing results of individual or team before submitting to leader/ manager.
Be responsible for the technical and quality of all lab activities as authorized or assigned by leader/ manager.
Develop and validate new testing method.
Other duties relevant to be requested by leader/ manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food technology or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in food nutrition testing and proximate analysis, preferably in a service laboratory environment.
Proven experience in leading or supervising laboratory teams is an advantage
Hands-on experience in operating food testing instruments and interpreting testing results.
Having good knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements.
Good English in reading document and communication.
Result and service-oriented individual.
A proactive team player but with ability to work independently in challenging projects and timeline.
