As the Creative Content Senior/ Lead, you will be the driving force behind all emotional, viral, and brand-defining content across Hyra Holdings' multi-channel ecosystem (TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Website, Discord, etc.). You are the "Content Architect" - turning Hyra's vision and strategic direction into compelling stories that connect with the Web3 world and beyond. This role requires a sharp, creative mind, strategic communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to blend Web3 culture with Hyra's unique brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Format Innovation: Develop and produce high-performing short-form content series tailored for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, AMA recaps, and more.
Campaign Messaging & Concepting: Craft campaign slogans, brand messages, and creative concepts for product launches, airdrops, community events, and more.
Viral & Emotional Storytelling: Write viral scripts, tweetstorms, captions, and inspirational content that resonate deeply with users,
developers, and investors alike.
Tone of Voice Development: Shape and maintain Hyra's signature brand voice - balancing Web3-native language with a clear, emotionally intelligent tone.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with PR, Community, Growth, and Design teams to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals, brand strategy, and creative consistency.
