Your role & responsibilities:
A Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating all corporate learning and development activities within an organization. Let's dive into the core responsibilities of a Senior L&D Specialist:
- Responsible for L&D and corporate culture.
- Participate in developing and implementing training programs, and designing diverse learning formats to promote a culture of learning and the organization's human resources development goals.
- Promote learning and development processes, and corporate cultural activities.
- Implement communication activities, and organize cultural events.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Plan and implement approved training programs. Monitor, and measure results to propose
improvements.
- Design and organize diverse training activities.
- Participate in building career maps for employees.
- Implement internal training activities.
- Plan and control training budgets, and training service contracts.
- Plan and organize courses on soft skills, and expertise.
- Coordinate with departments to monitor, support, and control the effectiveness of training, and employee development.
Building Corporate Culture:
- Participate in planning and implementing activities to build the company's core values.
- Organize cultural events, and bonding activities.
- Participate in budget development, attract and purchase services from external suppliers, and prepare cross-checked invoices for timely payment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Communication, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in L&D (Learning & Development), including: Design & take the role of a trainer for learning courses; Develop and manage learning courses; Design & deliver learning activities; Build up a learning plan the corporate
- Good knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Passion in developing self and others
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent in designing PowerPoint, games in learning
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Have the certificate of training the trainer is a plus
