Mô tả công việc
Review contracts and other documents arising during the Company's operation (Procurement Agreements, Leasing & Subleasing Agreements, Sales Agreements, Merchandising Agreements, etc.).
Create & standardize templates of various types of contracts.
Take part in contract negotiations with external parties.
Set up internal working procedures and contract standards.
Advise other departments on legal issues relating to the business activities of the Company.
Handle insurance contracts & insurance-related documents.
Work with insurance unit to recover compensation.
Check, evaluate legal compliance of the Company and propose improvement solutions (if any).
Other tasks assigned by a line manager and the Legal Team Leader.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor of Law.
At least 03 years of professional work experience in legal advisory or other related positions (At least 2 years in retail industry);
Communication and analytical skills;
Ability to draft contracts, letters of advice, and legal opinions to a high standard (both Vietnamese and English)
Able to work effectively in a team, collaborating with other departments;
Honest and careful;
Detail-oriented and organized;
Logical thinking, risk analyzing, problem solving skills.
