Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day legal operations across multiple countries under guidance of Legal Manager
• Draft, review, and validate contracts, agreements, official letters, and legal documents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements for group entities
• Coordinate with external law firms and advisors on legal matters, filings, and dispute-related matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and assess compliance impact on business operations
• Maintain legal records, statutory filings, and internal documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks, legal templates, and procedures.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor of Law; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate legal or compliance roles
• Experience in cross-border or multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, cross-border transactions, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with multinational companies or external law firms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to compliance and detail.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Able to travel
