Senior Legal Officer

About the Role
Senior Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to company's business activity, financial services and products, ensuring business complies with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full legal support for fintech products, including development, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial services policy, consumer protection, and data protection regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, financial, and IT-related agreements (including software licensing and vendor contracts), and commercial agreements related to software
development, licensing, and IT service
• Assess legal risks and propose mitigation strategies for new products and business initiatives.
• Develop and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Advise management and cross-functional teams on legal, tax and regulatory matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the company.
• Strong track record of communication and interaction with financial regulators.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in successful implementation of personal data
protection and privacy regulations.
• Other projects requested by Direct Manager in legal structuring, licensing, and regulatory compliance of fintech products.
• Other duties as requested by Direct Manager.
