Role Description
1. Contract, Transaction & Investment Legal Affairs
Structure, draft, review, and advise on legal risks in corporate transactions and contracts across real estate (
developer role), construction, education, and finance sectors for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports for real estate projects under investment consideration by the Group.
Develop standard contract templates, drafting procedures, and legal document approval workflows.
2. Operational Legal Advisory
Advise functional departments on legal regulations, potential risks, and solutions for day-to-day operational issues.
Directly handle disputes and issues arising with third parties across all stages of real estate projects: pre-development, construction, handover, and operation.
3. Capital Management, Equity & Securities
Advise on and execute complex equity and capital transfer transactions.
4. Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Represent the Group/subsidiaries as relevant parties in proceedings at courts, arbitration bodies, mediation agencies, enforcement authorities, and investigative agencies to safeguard the Group's legal rights and interests.
5. Legal Updates, Strategic Advisory & Other Duties
Track legislative changes and policy updates relevant to business operations, providing timely reports and strategic advice to management
1. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law
Minimum 03-05 years of experience in real estate investment/development companies;
Prior experience at real estate developers, construction firms, or relevant state authorities (Department of Construction, Natural Resources & Environment, Planning & Investment)
Good knowledge of legal frameworks and regulatory procedures involving government authorities related to project development activities.
2. Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Proficient in MS Office and legal database software.
Proven ability to work effectively with government authorities.
Ability to perform well under high pressure.
Good reading comprehension of legal English
