JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Execute his/ her assigned tasks of Legal Section as below with exhibiting expertise:
1.1. Licenses and Certificates
- Follow up closely the management list and requests for Business Licenses of the Branches to ensure application on time.
- Follow up closely and update Enterprise Registration Certificate and Investment Registration Certificate for Company.
1.2. Contracts
- Handle contract review for Departments/Sections in the Company as assigned by Manager.
1.3. Legal Consultancy
- Research relevant law stipulations and consult on issues arising from various activities of the Company.
1.4. Other tasks:
- Compose official letters and reports to authorities in both Vietnamese and English.
- Make reports for Sales Depots by requests from local authorities.
- Work with authorities to apply for a Land Use Rights Certificate for the Company.
- Update and analyze new Law as assigned by Manager.
2. Coordinate the work of others in the team to complete the assigned tasks.
3. Collaborate and coordinate with other team(s) to complete assigned tasks.
4. Guide and support junior team members, provide them with on-the-job training.

Yêu cầu công việc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors' Degree in Law, Commercial Law or related majors;
- Have at least 03 years of experience in the law field such as investment, enterprise, manufacture, commerce, food safety preferably in in-house companies. Most preferred in manufacturing and business companies like Ajinomoto Vietnam;
- Have general knowledge of Vietnamese laws and factual business, manufacture knowledge;
- Be proficient in English (4 skills) and MS Office;
- Ability to analyze and generalize to give accurate judgment;
- Be Careful, Honest, Business-minded, Responsible.
