Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and strengthening internal controls. This role plays a key role in managing the general accounting team, supporting business growth, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, and annual financial statements. Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.
- Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with VAS and IFRS.
- Take the lead in working with auditors, advisors and internal departments related to financial reporting and internal control, process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal tax team to work with the tax authorities.
- Review booking of subsidiaries, ensure the accuracy of accounting book and follow tax regulations.
- Monitor and control spending across the company and its subsidiaries, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Involve in projects to build automation systems/tools to reduce manual works of the team
Yêu cầu
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- Over 8 years in Accounting, Finance, Audit experience. At least 3 years of manager experience.
- MUST have experience in VAS, IFRS reports.
- Experience in big4 audit, multinational companies, fintech, or fast-growing environments is a plus.
Skills:
- Good accounting knowledge and skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and data tools is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Hard-working, proactive and intellectually curious.
