Job Purpose
- The job holder organizes, operates, manages the business of MM segment assigned at CBC, manages the compliance of the employees in charge to achieve business targets, service quality, portfolio quality according to the assigned target
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Customer insight
- Collect information, analyze the micro market in the area, customer information to understand characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products ... of the MM segment / sub-segment to understand customer under management category
- Build relationships with (related partners ...) local associations, state agencies ... to find and exploit potential customers.
2. Products and Price:
- Manage and support SRM MM in consulting all service products, product packages and business programs to customers.
- Manage product portfolio/ business program according to CIBG's orientation
3. Sales and service:
3.1. Make a sales plan for team
- Assign appropriate staff according to sales plan, segment / sub-segment capabilities and knowledge
- Deploy business activities, policies and customer care services to team members, support staff to implement and monitor and evaluate performance results.
3.2. Financial advice to customers
- Support and guide employees to develop relationships with customers, consultants optimal financial solutions for customers based on understanding customer status and in-depth knowledge of developments in the sector
3.3. Portfolio Management
Manage the team's existing customer portfolio ( sales, quality, structure ...), promote upselling / cross-selling to increase portfolio efficiency according to the target, strategic orientation of CIBG
3.4. Customer care
- Ensure the supply products and services of employees in charge according to the process
- Control and fully ensure complying with QoS standards, commitments to quality of service according to TCB's regulations to increase customer experience and satisfaction at TCB
Key Accountabilities (2)
4. Risk management
4.1 Credit risk management
- Responsible for credit risk management from beginning to end of the group of RM on the managed customer portfolio.
- Credit appraisal: Jointly responsible for the credit appraisal with RM and Risk Management Division, credit proposal of the staff group managing, coordinate to submit to competent authorities for approval.
- Post-credit management
- Organize and instruct RM to monitor credit quality after granting credit, identify early warning signs, monitor business plans, cash flow of customers ... and ensure compliance with instructions / regulations/risk treatment direction.
- Manage the debt collection process for customers, participate in debt settlement process according to regulations.
- Support and guide RM in implementing risk prevention measures in business operations in accordance with the bank's regulations from time to time.
4.2 Operational risk management:
- Capture and absolutely comply with the regulations on risk management activities
- Guide employees to implement and comply with operational risk management regulations
- Actively identify and manage operational risks related to customers portfolio management 5.Operation
- Manage and ensure the activities of individuals and groups of employees in charge absolutely comply with the
regulations, processes, instructions ... related
6. Effective management:
- Effectively manage customers portfolio assigned in charge according to TCB's instructions, regulations and orientations
- Strictly manage business results, compared to the assigned targets
7. Other jobs
- Other duties assigned by the CBC Director

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance và provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member's professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching và feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members' contributions towards the team's shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand và communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- University degree prioritizes Economics / Finance / Banking / Business Administration / Accounting / Auditing
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in the field of sales, appraising business customers, at least 4 years experiences at management level
- English: Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
