MoMo is looking for a business owner who can take a product vertical and run it end-to-end - strategy, product, and growth - not just manage a workstream inside it. You build and ship the product, and you own the metrics that prove it's working.
This is structured as a track toward full business ownership: managers who deliver against the product and growth mandate progress toward owning a wider vertical or business unit, with P&L-level scope and visibility.
We're not looking for someone to run a single function well. We're looking for someone who can be hands-on in product and rigorous enough to own a number.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Ownership
Own the vertical's growth and business targets (e.g. MAU, GMV, revenue, or other core metrics).
Take end-to-end accountability for outcomes - not just delivery of tasks or features.
Product Leadership
Define and own the product roadmap for the vertical, aligned to business goals and user needs.
Drive product discovery, feature prioritization based on user research, data, and competitive insight.
Stay hands-on through the build cycle - working with Product from spec to launch, not handing off after requirements.
Growth & Performance
Define the KPIs that matter, diagnose funnel or performance issues, and design experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to improve activation, retention, or conversion.
Use data and analytics to make growth levers (incentives, product changes, channel mix) work together rather than in isolation.
Cross-functional & Team Leadership
Build and develop a team, with clear growth paths for each member.
Lead and influence stakeholders across Tech, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other functions - through influence, not just reporting lines.
Represent the business in cross-functional and leadership-level working groups.

Yêu cầu
Must have
8+ years of experience in Product, Growth, or a Business/GM role within a complex, cross-functional environment.
Direct ownership of at least one business or product metric (e.g. activation, retention, GMV, revenue), with concrete, presentable results - ideally including P&L or P&L-adjacent ownership.
Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or platform/marketplace businesses.
Exposure to data-driven growth techniques (segmentation, experimentation, A/B testing at scale).
What Makes This Role Different:
Most product roles optimize a roadmap. Most growth roles optimize a funnel. This role is for someone who doesn't want to pick one - who can be hands-on in shipping product and still be the person who owns whether the number moves, and who's ultimately measured on the health of the business, not just the workstream.
