This role is responsible for bancassurance strategy and development with the main objective is to ensure sustainable growth and efficient collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders for both existing and new partners while translating strategy into execution.
1. Proactively collaborate with Account Heads, sales teams and bank partners to understand the challenges, identify potential issues and propose solutions to support the business performance and growth.
2. Conduct strategic analysis, collect and synthesize market intelligence and take charge of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement these strategies.
3. Responsible for all internal and external meetings including Steering Committees and management discussions to assist decision-making processes.
4. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including local and regional counterparts, consultants throughout the process of dealing with a new potential partnership
5. In charge of the execution process and driving necessary workstreams regarding operational and business readiness for partners.
6. Support the channel in business model, product proposition, compensation scheme, strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives
7. Act as the main contact point for all internal/external matters and proactively manage effective relationships with all stakeholders

business development and strategy as required by business from time to time
