Job summary:
The Event Coordinator supports the intersection of marketing, branding, and communications. The marketing side of the role involves developing and refining goals and activities in consultation with marketing staff and clients. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for staying current on industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
Competencies Details Main
• Support marketing and communication strategies while worked in conjunction with Accountabilities professional staff across office in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang
• Responsible for the creation of client-facing communications, including event invitation, promotional contents and media scripts
• Ensure timely and accurate regular reports delivery: client, pipeline, strategy reports, etc.
• Facilitate business growth and client engagements by researching and developing marketing tools and material
• Facilitate alignment of brand messaging across RSM's across paid, earned, and owned media channels
• Organize marketing events; assist with other internal events as requested to communicate the firm strategy
• Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables (including communications and support materials)
• Monitor competitors to provide key update, market share, and analysis to support company strategy development
• Support other ad hoc projects as required
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent or other related majors.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in event marketing, preferred handling B2B seminars, corporate event.
• Comprehensive knowledge of event planning cycles, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-event reporting.
• Demonstrate strong social, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communications in both English and Vietnamese.
• Be good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking.
• Able to synthesize data from a wide variety of sources and highly skilled in analysis and action-oriented reporting.
• Be well-organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in using English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for social and business communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Willing to go the extra mile for work.
• Vietnamese nationality.
