Mô tả Công việc
Take all task relating to Marketing for brands including online and offline marketing activities
IMC Management:
Plan and execute Integrated Marketing campaign, Seasonal promotion campaign, new store opening program on Online channels.
Brief and work closely with agencies (Digital, PR, Production house etc.) to execute brand campaigns, shooting, budget allocation and media plan across touch points.
Partner with internal functions (Brand, Operation, Supply Chain & Finance, Product, Admin, E-comm...) for on-going projects.
Coordinate with Product & Retail team to develop & execute promotion & retail activations to push sales & increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with CRM team to launch loyalty, new member and inactive campaign for ACFC members.
Write PR articles for each new collections/new events/new campaigns... and send them to newspapers
Manage marketing budget to ensure budget is always within a safe and reasonable level
Digital/ Content Marketing:
Manage content and visibility on brand website, fan page (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Tiktok, Youtube), e-comm platforms (ACFC, Tiki, Shopee, Lazada...).
Manage digital eco-system (Paid/ Owned/ Earned) with daily optimization.
Create content for campaigns/new collections webpages on the website
Manage, fix errors and optimize website to achieve best results
Monthly and weekly propose social content plan & detailed angle.
Handle customer's inbox and other social activities.
KOL Management:
Search and classify suitable KOLs for the brand
Work closely with KOL Agency/KOL to ensure the quality of video/image content in accordance with brand guidelines and expectations
Fitting clothes with KOLs at the store
Carry out KOL related work.
Community Management:
Come up with ideas for collaboration with brand-related communities
Closely connect and follow up community activities to leverage the brand
Plan and organize activations/events/exclusive promotions for the community to drive to the store.
Report & Planning:
Plan and build quarterly/half-yearly/full-year plans for brand
Monitoring and tracking and report (Digital, Event, Promotion, Campaigns, Competitor....).
Digital analysis from Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E-comm data
A&P Tracking & Report monthly
Marketing report: weekly, monthly, quarterly report
Promotion evaluation report
Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Minimum 3 years' experience in same level position, prefer candidates have consumer-centric Marketing experience in Retail, FMCG industry.
Competent in data analytics from Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E-comm data.
Strong interpersonal, communication, reporting & planning skills.
Quickly responsive, pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
Good command of English in listening, writing, reading & speaking
Competent in office computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)
Highly committed, passion, well organized, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
