Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth across multiple channels (online & offline).
Manage the launch of new products, seasonal campaigns,
trade marketing activities, and POSM planning.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, suppliers) to ensure effective and timely execution of tasks.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to propose strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns.
Oversee content development (on social media, websites, product packaging) to ensure consistency with the brand voice and positioning.
Lead key marketing projects and support brand expansion into export markets.
Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
Assist in training and developing members of the marketing team.
Contribute positively to building a customer-centric marketing culture based on data and continuous innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food & beverage industry.
Practical experience in brand building, campaign implementation, and cross-department collaboration.
Experience in Trade Marketing and
Brand Marketing.
Preference for candidates who have worked in both large companies and medium-sized enterprises.
Strategic thinking, proactive work approach, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, project management skills, and leadership potential.
Proficient in
digital marketing tools, market research, and marketing effectiveness analysis.
