Mô tả công việc
Shop Floor & Operational Leadership
• Strategic Execution: Oversee daily shop-floor operations across shifts, aligning production outputs with overall plant metrics and strategic planning goals.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build technical capabilities among shift supervisors, technicians, and junior engineers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Resource Optimization: Drive optimal machine utilization, workforce scheduling, and shift transitions to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Continuous Improvement & Waste Mitigation
• Lean Manufacturing & Yield Management: Lead waste-reduction initiatives across all stages of weaving; establish root-cause problem-solving frameworks (A3, 5-Why, Kaizen) to achieve zero-defect targets.
• Process Standardization: Develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and operational safety standards.
Technical Data Analytics & Quality Control
• Advanced Data Tracking: Analyze complex performance metrics, including yarn breakage rates, stop causes, loom efficiencies, and fabric inspection data, translating insights into preventative and corrective action plans.
• Fabric Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve complex fabric defects promptly, ensuring high customer acceptance rates and compliance with brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Planning
• Planning Alignment: Partner closely with the Production Planning, Maintenance, and R&D teams to streamline production scheduling, loom setups, warp changes, and new product introductions (NPI).
• Expat & Management Liaison: Present comprehensive performance reports, operational risks, and improvement strategies directly to the Expat Weaving Manager.
