Build and standardize media planning and operational frameworks for E-commerce and Social Commerce campaigns across Onsite, TikTok, and Meta.
Own day-to-day performance management, tracking key metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, CR, CPA, CAC) and driving optimization actions to achieve KPIs.
Analyze performance trends and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable learnings for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with OnPoint's internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (clients, platform partners) to ensure aligned and high-quality execution.
Propose campaign structuring, budget pacing, and testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative and funnel experiments).
Ensure media operation standards, best practices, and quality control are consistently followed.
Support and guide junior team members in execution, optimization, and reporting tasks.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth
digital marketing.
Min of 3 years of experience in a media or performance marketing agency environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Onsite Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of social commerce platforms, performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify insights and solve performance issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
Working proficiency in English, verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
