If you would like to apply for this job, please copy and paste the following URL into your browser: [protected info] The direct applications via that link will be prioritized.Job Description• Check the PLC programs of MAE to evaluate whether the required data points are available for MES.• Modify the PLC programs to obtain the required data for MES if it is not yet available• Evaluate the MAE's existing network connection status and provide the solution for connecting the machine to plant's network if necessary.Collaborate with MES development team to address the issues related to data accuracy.• Be responsible for troubleshooting connection issues on machine side.• Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications1. Education• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering. 2. Work experience• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems. • Experience with MES system and integrating MES system with PLCs• Strong knowledge of PLC, including Siemens, Beckhoff, Indralogic and others• Proficient in programming languages: Ladder logic, Structure Text or Function Block Diagram• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication technologies.• Familiarity with OPC servers and communication protocols (Ethercat, Ethernet/ IP, Profinet, Profibus,...)3.
