Job Descriptions
• Conduct microbiological testing and research on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Develop and validate microbiological methods to support product innovation and safety.
• Perform, sampling, analysis, risk assessments and propose preventive measures for microbiological hazards.
• Collaborate with QA, Technical Inspection, and Production teams to address food safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).
• Participate in technology transfer processes to production facilities.
• Support continuous improvement in microbiological safety and hygiene.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
• 3-4 years in microbiology, food safety, or FMCG R&D.
• Solid knowledge of microbiology, biotechnology, and food safety standards; hands-on lab experience.
• Ability to present technical findings clearly in both Vietnamese and English.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; strong team player, open to cross-functional learning and mentorship.
