Senior Microsoft System Officer

1. System Operation and Administration:
Directly operate AD, DNS, NTP, File Server, WSUS, and Office 365 systems.
Directly manage the Windows server infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, NTP, File Server, WSUS, Office 365, and Windows systems.
Handle user requests related to AD, DNS, NTP, File Server, WSUS, Office 365, and Windows systems.
Participate in the operation of the VMware virtualization system.
Participate in the operation of the Linux server infrastructure (RHEL).
Participate in the operation of PAM and Veritas NetBackup systems.
Perform maintenance, version upgrades/updates, and security patching regularly or as required for Windows servers and workstations.
Research, test, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency, security, and system availability using Microsoft products at LFVN.
2. Project Implementation:
Develop technical requirements related to assigned system projects.
Support/implement project or change request (CR) tasks according to the approved scope and plan.
Identify and detect risks early, and propose solutions/plans to mitigate or eliminate project risks.
3. System Maintenance:
Review and propose procurement/renewal of maintenance services for Microsoft systems such as Windows, SQL Server, etc.
4. Other Requirements:
Proactively monitor compliance of the above systems with LFVN's policies and regulations.
Identify, monitor, and implement controls to minimize operational risks.
Ensure adherence to LFVN's approved policies, procedures, and related legal requirements.
Proactively identify, assess, and classify risks related to VM and Microsoft systems, and develop remediation plans to ensure the safety of LFVN's applications and services.
Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer experience, reduce costs, or increase performance/efficiency.
