The work:

Develop enterprise Flutter applications with offline-first architecture and multi-flavor deployment
Integrate mapping (Google Maps), camera/OCR, image processing, and real-time data synchronization
Design mobile security implementations, testing strategies, and CI/CD automation
Lead mobile technology stack decisions and create technical documentation/coding standards
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex technical incidents

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years mobile development with shipped enterprise applications
Expert Flutter/Dart with advanced state management patterns (MobX, Provider, BLoC)
SQLite database design, local storage, and offline-first data synchronization
Firebase ecosystem integration, GraphQL/REST APIs, and third-party SDK implementations
Mobile testing frameworks, automated CI/CD pipelines, and code generation tools
Experience with mapping SDKs, camera/image processing, and OCR integrations
GIS and geospatial data processing: coordinate systems, spatial calculations, and map rendering
Mobile observability: logging, crash tracking, performance monitoring, and user analytics implementation
Performance optimization: UI rendering, memory management, app size reduction, and runtime efficiency
Technical leadership: mentoring, documentation, and incident resolution
Strong communication skills and proactive collaboration with related teams (Product, SRE, Backend, QA, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Native iOS/Android and backend development experience
Mobile security: OWASP Mobile Top 10, penetration testing
Advanced GIS expertise: spatial data processing, geometric calculations, offline map tiles, and custom map layers
Enterprise deployment: MDM solutions, security compliance, and performance optimization
Advanced performance tuning: widget optimization, build splitting, lazy loading, and bundle size analysis
Advanced observability tools: distributed tracing, custom metrics, real-time monitoring, and APM platforms (Sentry, DataDog)
Mobile analytics: user behavior tracking, funnel analysis, and business metrics implementation
