Senior Multimedia Designer

As a Mid-Senior Multimedia Designer at B'Lao & Scavi Group, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual and multimedia presence of both the parent brand, B'Lao Group, and our subsidiary - Scavi. With a strong focus on video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling, you will create high-impact visual and video assets that reinforce the Group's premium, French-rooted brand positioning across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and communication objectives into compelling multimedia content for B2B audiences.

• Work location: B'Lao Head Office (Onsite) - Lot 14, 19A Street, Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality multimedia content for B2B communication, including newsletters, brochures, event materials, and professional video content, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead video editing and motion-based content, including short-form videos, corporate films, interviews, event recaps, reels, and animated assets for digital and internal channels.
• Partner with the Business Department and Design Team to develop creative concepts and ensure clear, consistent brand storytelling across both brands.
• Maintain a premium, professional, and consistent visual identity across all visual and video outputs.
• Adapt and optimize multimedia content for different platforms, audiences, and formats, with strong sensitivity to B2B communication needs.
• Review and refine deliverables based on feedback while maintaining high creative standards.
• Provide guidance or informal mentorship to junior designers, vendors, or external partners when needed.
• Stay current with multimedia trends, tools, and video editing techniques to continuously elevate content quality.
• Strengthen the premium multimedia identity of B'Lao and Scavi within the B2B ecosystem.
• Deliver professionally crafted video content that conveys credibility, expertise, and long-term value.
• Support communication initiatives through impactful multimedia assets that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
