Collaborate with

Create and maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and operational procedures.
Enhance existing applications by fixing defects, improving performance, and implementing new features.
Application Support & Operations
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization activities.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
Collaboration & Reporting
Provide regular project and support status updates to management.
Escalate critical risks, issues, and blockers when necessary.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support knowledge transfer and technical mentoring activities when required.
