LOCATION: Hanoi
Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain the .NET MAUI mobile application (iOS & Android) frontend/UI layer
Build responsive, high-quality UI screens and components using MAUI XAML and MVVM patterns
Diagnose and resolve platform-specific issues (e.g. iOS/Android release-build crashes, SSL/TLS certificate validation, native handlers)
Integrate the mobile app with backend APIs provided by the backend team
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform consistency (iOS & Android)
Collaborate using Azure DevOps for work item tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
Communicate directly with international clients/stakeholders (primarily Australian colleagues) to clarify requirements and provide status updates
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospective)
Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code/architecture reviews
Required Skills And Experience
5+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development, with strong hands-on expertise in mobile app development
Solid, hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin, with willingness to work in MAUI)
Strong understanding of XAML, MVVM patterns, and cross-platform mobile UI development (iOS & Android)
Experience integrating mobile apps with backend REST APIs
Comfortable diagnosing platform-specific mobile issues (release-build crashes, SSL/TLS certificate validation, native platform handlers)
Familiarity with Git-based workflows and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Solid understanding of software design patterns, debugging, and performance troubleshooting
Fluent working proficiency in English (spoken and written) - daily collaboration with Australian colleagues
Experience working in Agile/Scrum sprint-based teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous or complex issues
Good communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, ownership mindset, and reliable under deadlines
Preferred Skills
Has published app(s) on both the Apple App Store and Google Play (please share links/portfolio)
Experience with .NET Core backend / Web API development
Experience with Syncfusion or similar UI component libraries
Prior experience working directly with overseas/Australian teams

Salary: Up to 60M (Gross)
Probation salary is 100% of official salary
