Your responsibilities:We are looking for a Senior
Backend Developer to join the backend team. This is a hands-on senior role focused on building scalable backend systems, integrations, distributed services, and AI-powered features in a fast-paced product environment.
The ideal candidate is highly independent, has strong system design capabilities, deep backend expertise, and uses modern AI development tools efficiently as part of their daily workflow.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production deployment
- Develop integrations with external platforms and APIs
- Work with cloud-native infrastructure and scalable architectures
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend and backend teams
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Use AI tools effectively to improve development speed and quality
The ideal candidate:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 8
- Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices
- Experience working with distributed systems at scale
- Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture
- Experience working with AWS-based environments
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Strong knowledge of queues and async processing systems (SQS or similar)
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and scaling practices
- Deep database knowledge, including:
- SQL optimization
- Execution plans
- Indexing and index fragmentation
- Stored procedures
- Data modeling
- Experience working with:
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- MongoDB
- DynamoDB
- Redis
- Good understanding of .NET memory management and Garbage Collection (GC)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities
AI-Driven Development (Mandatory)
The ideal candidate should actively use AI tools as part of their daily development workflow, including:
- AI-assisted coding
- Prompt engineering
- Debugging and refactoring with AI
- Evaluating AI-generated code
- Building internal automations and developer workflows using AI tools
Experience with AI/LLM integrations or AI product features is a strong advantage.
