Senior NPI Project Management Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior NPI Project Management Engineer to lead and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initial planning through to mass production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and cost targets while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end NPI projects, from project kick-off to mass production launch
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for new product introduction
• Monitor and control key project KPIs (timeline, cost, quality, yield, etc.) to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
• Ensure smooth transition and handover from project phase to mass production
• Drive continuous improvement during and after project implementation
• Provide ongoing technical and project support for products already in mass production
• Report project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and management
• Ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and documentation requirements
