Senior Officer, IT Operations (Life Insurance project)

- The job holder responsible for application operation: Responsible for the operation management of overall applications và services including, but not limited to, Core Life Insurance, Payment channels, Contact Center ... to meet the Business's business demand and requirements.
- The job holder responsible for application monitor: Manage and lead to incidents' resolution process, and ensure services running smoothly
- The job holder responsible for technical support: Deliver quality management and support services/resolutions for users' issues as soon as possible.

Continuous Delivery through Application Operation Factory
- Direct involvement of the changes implementation and report to the stakeholders at important milestones
- Implement tools, changes to simplify, automate, and centralize the system operation.
- Work with related parties to enhance the delivery flow and quality while minimizing the required resources.

Application Operation Factory
- Direct implementation of relevant items in the initated roadmap and ensure the appropriate timelines and checkpoints are adhered to.
- Projects support and take over
- Deploy and manage Change requests to minimize impacts to system operation

Application Operation Targets
- Responsible for application operation and technical support, including day-to-day application deployment và maintenance, issue and incident management
- Regular system checks (Quick check, health check)
- Support L2 technical issues
- Monitoring key systems for anomalies
- Support to resolve PCI DSS gaps and risks
- Perform EOD batch processing if required by particular service
- Performance maintenance tasks for IT systems (archive, backup, renew support/maintenance contract ...)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development and minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in DevOps
- Working Knowledge of DevOps, Kubernetes and Containers
- Working Knowledge of Automation in operation, playbook (eg Ansible, jenkins ...)
- Experience working with private and public cloud environments is a must.
- Hands-on experience on Application operation and technical support
- Experience working with aplication operation tools are (AM, Grafana, Dynatrace,AppDynamics, Datadog, EFK ...).
- Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies for application operation
- Experience working in Agile teams to support take projects to operation in JIRA and Confluence
Foreign language
- English, Level 3 (TOEIC = 500) / according to TCB's regulations in each period
