Ø Tasks:
- Participate in developing, implementing, monitoring, and proposing amendments/ supplements to policies and procedures relating to treasury transaction supervision and support at IVB as assigned.
- Contribute feedback on policies, regulations, and procedures of other relevant departments as assigned.
- Handle tasks relating to credit administration and collateral management for loan transactions and investments in valuable papers; process foreign exchange transactions and interbank deals.
- Check payment documents to ensure validity, legality, and compliance with approval authority levels.
- Execute and monitor fund transfers/valuable paper transfers in compliance with contracts and dealing tickets.
- Create/ update/ manage CIF, accounts, and credit limits for Treasury Division customers.
- Arrange and maintain customer files and transaction documents in compliance with regulations.
- Periodically reconcile transactions with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Independently supervise daily treasury transactions; Monitor risks associated with treasury transactions.
- Promptly report to competent authority any risks or issues related to regulations and policies in treasury transactions.
- Check legal files, credit limits, collateral documents, and transaction dossiers of treasury transactions to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and limits.
- Follow up with Treasury Division to ensure timely submission of required transaction documents.
- Act as focal point between Treasury Division and counterparties to finalize terms in templates and contracts for trading/issuing valuable papers.
Ø Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree upwards in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of laws related to banking operations: financial accounting, payments, remittances, credit, securities, etc.
- Professional experience: candidates with prior experience in credit institutions are preferred.
- Skills of communication, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills negotiation, analysis, synthesis and statistics, presentation
- English: TOEIC above scoring or equivalent 500
- Experience: At least 02 year-experience related to this position
