- Develop and maintain policies, regulations, and control mechanisms for Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk within the credit business.
- Conduct Partner Due Diligence, including assessing partner capabilities, suitability, and potential risks prior to engagement.
- Monitor, assess, and conduct reviews of Partners/Third Parties throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Develop and oversee personnel screening and verification processes for both internal employees and third-party personnel involved in credit activities.
- Identify potential risks, recommend appropriate risk mitigation and control measures, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance & Banking, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Legal or 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, Fraud Detection/Investigation within a Bank, Finance Company, or Financial Institution.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, careful, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good English, particularly reading and writing
