2/ Budget & ROI Ownership: Allocate, monitor, and ruthlessly optimize a substantial marketing budget across multiple channels to achieve aggressive growth targets while maximizing ROI.
3/ Channel Scaling: Oversee the scaling of major acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads) to maintain a steady stream of high-quality users.
4/ Mobile App Growth: Drive sustainable User Acquisition (UA), activation, and retention specifically for our Mobile App product, leveraging deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and App campaigns.
5/ Continuous Experimentation: Design and execute fast-paced A/B testing frameworks across landing pages, in-app registration flows, and user conversion funnels to eliminate friction points.
6/ Data-Driven Reporting: Build, maintain, and present real-time performance dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights for the Board of Management.
1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
2/ Experience: * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years in a structured leadership or managerial role.
3/ Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in scaling users and driving growth specifically for Mobile App products. Deep understanding of mobile attribution and in-app event tracking is required.
