Plan and launch multi-channel performance marketing campaigns
Build and structure campaigns for strong targeting and conversion performance
Execute search, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns
Manage campaigns across platforms such as:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads
Programmatic / Display
Reddit Ads
Optimisation & Performance
Monitor campaign performance daily
Improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
Test new audiences, creatives, and messaging
Scale campaigns that are performing well
Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
Work with landing pages and conversion funnels
Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement fixes
Data & Analytics
Analyse performance across channels
Use data to guide decisions and optimisation
Build clear reports showing results and next steps
AI & Marketing Workflows
Use AI tools to accelerate campaign analysis and optimisation
Improve testing and decision-making with AI workflows
Help build repeatable systems that scale performance
Yêu cầu
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to clearly explain ideas, present insights, and work in an English-speaking environment
Can take a campaign goal, figure out the approach, and execute without step-by-step instructions
Has hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple paid channels
Understands how to optimise for ROI, not just clicks
Is comfortable analysing results and identifying what needs to change
Understands funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategy
Quyền lợi
Starting from 17,000,000 VND/month, with room for negotiation based on experience and quality of work.
Probation: 2 months at 85% of full salary
