Senior PM Engineer - SHTP District 9 (Having shuttle bus)

JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for good equipment condition & smooth equipment operation
Coordinate with PRD/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar
Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to technician team
Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
Control all technician performance
Make sure all production machine run smoothly
Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate)
