A. What You'll Do
Account Management (30%)
o Be the strategic partner for a portfolio of B2C, product-led brands - think fast-moving categories like food & beverage, beauty, and lifestyle sports.
o Translate brand objectives into sharp PR strategies tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and trend-driven campaigns.
o Spot cultural and consumer trends early, and turn them into media-worthy brand stories.
Project Management (50%)
o Own end-to-end execution of PR campaigns across earned media, social, and influencer channels.
o Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple fast-paced accounts - simultaneously and without dropping the ball.
o Write and oversee PR materials: press releases, media pitches, product messaging, and B2C-focused content.
o Leverage strong media and KOL relationships in lifestyle, beauty, F&B, and sports verticals to secure impactful coverage.
o Track media performance and deliver clear, insightful reports to clients.
People Management (20%)
o Mentor junior team members and help build a team culture that's fast, curious, and trend-aware.

B. What We're Looking For
· 3-4+ years in PR/communications, ideally with B2C or FMCG/Lifestyle brand experience
· Strong media relations and storytelling instincts - you know what makes a story land
· Comfortable working fast: tight deadlines, multiple accounts, shifting priorities
· Solid writer in both Vietnamese and English
· Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong client management skills
