About the job:
The Senior Content & PR Specialist is responsible for shaping Zeekr's brand narrative in Vietnam through strategic content development, media engagement, and reputation management. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Campaign & Activation Execution
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Plan, create and oversee content calendar across social media, website, CRM, product launches, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
Public Relations & Media Relations
• Manage relationships with automotive reviewers, influencers, and
content creators.
• Write press releases, PR articles, newsletters, and other editorial materials.
• Support influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
• Monitor community sentiment and recommend engagement strategies.
Brand monitoring & reporting
• Monitor brand perception, media coverage, and share of voice across channels.
• Track competitor activity in the media and content space.
• Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics to management.
• Recommend actionable improvements based on data and market insights.
Influencer & Community Engagement
• Coordinate with KOLs, automotive reviewers, and press for events and media exposure.
• Prepare briefing documents and ensure brand messaging consistency.
• Support press release distribution and media follow-up.
Brand Reputation & Event
• Support vehicle launches, showroom openings, media drives, and customer events.
• Monitor brand perception and media coverage.
• Assist in managing communication issues and reputation risks when required.
