Senior PR ExecutiveIntegration Communication

VietGate Communications is seeking talents for the Senior PR Executive position for our offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Senior PR Executive will contribute to daily account work by managing small projects and contributing to larger projects under managers' supervision.
Responsibilities
§ Perform daily account work, including:
- Monitor and manage work progress at all stages (including briefing, proposal, contract and execution) and report to clients on projects' progress and results
- Work with internal team to manage the work to ensure the work to be delivered timely with high quality
- Work with vendors and supporting agencies to apply the best account service
- Keep teams timely informed and involved in projects to ensure the high quality performance
- Localize and develop contents
- Stay on top of industry news, trends and influencers in specific industries and be able to think through what these mean for clients
§ Research, brainstorm ideas, plan and prepare presentation decks
§ Build and maintain good relationships with clients, media, celebrities/KOLs, and third-party vendors
§ Coach and train junior team members
